You are not alone. Many many many people struggle with this. This does not make you dirty or any less of a person. Heck! it doesnt even make God angry or disappointed with you. All he sees when he looks at you is His child, his lovely child who is hurting, but searching and attempting to love him back. praying for you.
I, too, have struggled with this sin and I am a girl. I used to fall all the time. And then I would run from God and punish myself. I felt disgusting when I went to church the next morning. One day God told me that His love for me never changes. No matter what I do, I can never be separated from His love. He also told me that He does not condemn me anymore, so I don't need to condemn myself either. He told me that I was pure and He saw the 'yes' deep down within me that wanted to be free from this sin. This truth is all the same for you. His love never changes for us--it is neither earned nor taken away. There is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. And, He does hear your heart cry. Oh yes, and you are pure because you are clothed in Christ's righteousness. Yes, I do still struggle but the fight is not nearly as hard now that I claim Christ's strength. When temptation arises, try to find something to occupy your mind like taking a walk or going and talking to someone (or texting them). And know that if you do fall, get right back up again, claim your identity as pure and righteous, and boldly approach the throne of God in repentance. Prayer is a big key as well. Ask for strength and protection against this sin and the lies that you may be hearing. Also, I would suggest finding someone to be accountable to, we the Body of Christ for a reason. We can't do this alone. God is not angry nor disappointed with you! He loves you!!! I will be praying for you!
